    Thad is an experienced engineer with a strong background in advanced manufacturing, product development, and precision engineering. With expertise in medical device design, 3D printing, CNC machining, and high-frequency ultrasound technology, Thad has successfully led projects that enhance product performance, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure high-quality engineering solutions. His skill set includes mechanical design, material selection, rapid prototyping, and problem-solving, making him a trusted partner in turning innovative concepts into reality.

    Thad holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Applied Mathematics from Metropolitan State University and a Masters of Engineering in Polymer Engineering from University of Wisconsin-Madison.

    Danae is a dedicated professional with a strong background in people management, human resources, and employee development.     Danae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and a Masters of Social Work from St. Catherine's University.
